Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight is a comic series published by Dark Horse.
The comic is called season eight because it continues the storyline of the last and final seventh season of Buffy the TV series.
The comic is very different from the TV show. For instance, Buffy is no longer the only slayer in the world. There are hundreds of slayers now, organized into a secretive small army.
The art of the series has its ups and downs. You can find pretty panels, but you could also stumble upon somewhat unpolished frames as well.
The series is best suited for Buffy's fans. Readers who hadn't watched the series, may find it hard to relate.

Serenity 3: The Shepherd's Tale
I just loved how the life-story of Shepherd Book was structured - starting from the moment of his death (on planet Haven, as we well know from the movie 'Serenity') and going backwards to the unknown parts of his life...
My favorite song lately... It's about flying...and I just love the singer's childish voice and somewhat eerie melody - Walking In The Air
John Frusciante's adorable cover to How Deep Is Your Love, and also making a mistake live. Isn't he sooooo cute? I think I'm in love.
I like this performance. It's perfect:) Rihanna - What's My Name - The X Factor Live
Leighton Meester can be a country girl, not just an upper-easter. She sings beautifully! Give In To Me - from the movie Country Strong
It's a long while now that I've really longed to watch an animated movie that is interesting for adults, childishly magical, and truly moving without being cliche. It wouldn't hurt if the animation was exceptionally beautiful and the music enchanting.
For the most part, I consider Northlanders to be a highly unique comic series; it's a grim, realistic historical drama, about the clash of Norsemen and Saxons, back in the much legendary Viking era.
The second volume of "Buffy Season Eight" was really fun to read, thanks to its lightweight story-arc, which directs the spotlight on Faith - our misunderstood, and for a while now - reformed slayer.
So, what have we got in Fables so far? The first two volumes were introductory, familiarizing us with the secret community of the immortal fables living in modern-day Manhattan. Will the third volume get the story going full speed already?
The life of Tom Taylor is falling apart. He's a failing actor, failing musician, failing novelist. As his slick, slightly devilish and way too knowledgeable personal manager points out, "Nothing seems to stick."
"The thing about changing the world...Once you do it, the world's all different." With these very appropriate words, begins season eight of Buffy, in its latest reincarnation as a graphic novel.
I know I said that the first volume of the renewed Witchblade series wasn't exactly my cup of tea but short while after saying...
